In case you are too retarded to use a scarf you can wear this dumb fucking thing to keep you warm. This is totally understandable because after all you could get your scarf caught in a car for or catch your death of cold because of gaps in your scarf.

If only Tiger would come out and say this shit for real. Seriously everyone is on this guys case but he mad a billion dollars playing fucking golf. It's not even a sport, but an activity and he found a way to make that kind of money? Honestly, he can say whatever he want and could probably to make this problem go away.
My idea is that he fake his death and gets a surgery like Face Off. Then come back as a white guy and be the first and second best golfers of all time. Yea, people like a story of redemption, but people like Sci Fi much more.
